At the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, the highly trained, ever-attentive catering management team works as a liaison between the client and the culinary staff. Catering works closely with the meeting professional to identify the perfect menus for each event. They then translate this vision to the culinary team, who brings the menu to fruition, working behind the scenes to infuse flavors that demonstrate the culinary distinction upon which we pride ourselves.
