Upon arrival, you can count on the Bellmen at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin to provide quick and efficient handling of your attendees' baggage. As they escort each guest to their assigned room, our Bellmen provide a wealth of information about our facilities, hotel amenities and the Walt Disney World® Resort.
If it is necessary to have materials distributed to other guests attending the same conference at our hotel, our Bellmen will be happy to arrange that for you.
Upon check-out, our staff will be ready to remove luggage from the guestrooms and deliver it promptly to the front drive. Storage facilities are available for guests who will be staying beyond our 11:00 am check-out time.
