The Front Desk staff at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin is a devoted group of individuals who will always greet you with a warm and friendly smile. During your stay, the Front Desk staff is available for any billing questions that may arise, and to help guests settle into their room as quickly and comfortably as possible. Our guests are allowed to check in earlier than our standard 3:00 check-in time whenever possible. Our resort offers a paging system that allows you to be notified when your room is ready, so that guests may make the most of their valuable time.
