The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Convention Security Department is an in house security staff committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our clients and their guests.

All officers are first aid, CPR and AED certified to respond to any medical emergency and, along with our Engineering Department, make up the Hotel Emergency Response Team. Each officer is equipped with a 2-way radio to keep in 24 hour communication with our security dispatcher as well as with other departments in the hotel assuring your needs will be met quickly, efficiently and safely.

The security uniform consists of a short sleeve, button down shirt with the Swan and Dolphin logo. Under the logo is the word Security. There are no badges or embroidered police type logos as we are a hospitality oriented security service promoting safety, security and a relaxed atmosphere for your attendees.

We also have a Hotel Security Manager on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They have the full authority of the Director of Security for the complex and are there to assist you with any concerns or changes you may have.

Our Convention Security Manager can assist you in arranging a security schedule that considers the physical layout of your meeting space, protecting your assets, and implementing your security requests while exceeding your expectations.
