The Service Express Department at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin provides guests with their first impression of our resort. They are responsible for answering both internal and external phone calls quickly and courteously; and properly connecting them or providing information where appropriate.

Our Service Express Agents accurately process guest and cast member calls, messages and serve as a focal point for communications during any emergency. Our team is here to help expedite all special requests and needs by entering information into our award winning Rapid Response System, "Expresso". They ensure that all communication equipment is working at all times, that our faxes are delivered properly with a message sent to our guests, and wake-up calls are processed properly. Our team is well trained and prepared to efficiently handle any unforeseen requests that may occur.
